Diversity Conference

The Bowles Center for Diversity Outreach, Inc. will host the African American, Male, Hispanic Male and Bi-Racial
Male High Student Leadership Conference on Wednesday, March 22, 2017. The Conference will be held at the
Leadership and Conference Center at Georgetown College, which is located at 100 Crawford Drive in Georgetown,
Kentucky. We are expecting a significant number of African American, Hispanic and Bi-Racial Male High School
Students to attend the conference. The conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 2:00 p.m.
The conference will offer an excellent opportunity for educational, cultural, social, leadership development and
training to all of those in attendance. The conference will focus on reducing barriers to leaning and empower
African American Male and Hispanic Male Students be successful in their education pursuits, in career and life.
The conference will include state and regionally recognized education speakers, Kentucky Department of
Education, and Kentucky Council on Post-Secondary Education, School administrators, Business and Corporate
Leaders, Civic and Community Leaders from Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.

In addition, you will not want to miss the Diversity Educator Awareness Luncheon on Wednesday. We are
confident that the African American, Hispanic and Bi-Racial Male High School Conference will be informative,
educational and enjoyable and that all students will leave energized and empowered improve their quality of life
and focus on setting high goals while achieving success. We are asking High Schools to register students to
