P-12 Administrators and Teacher Diversity Conference
September 28, 2018 8am to 2pm
The Bowles Center for Diversity Outreach, Inc. will hosted the Annual Diversity Education (P-12 School Administrator and Teacher) Conference on Friday, September 28, 2018 at Northern Kentucky University Student Union. P-16 educators, political leaders, graduate and undergraduate education majors and community leaders attended the conference which was held from 8:00 a.m. to at 2:00 p.m.
The conference kicked off with a continental breakfast at 8:00 a.m., followed by the first of several breakout sessions which began at 9:00 a.m. and then a conference luncheon starting at noon.
The conference offered an opportunity for educational, cultural, social, leadership development and training to all of those in attendance. Highlights of the conference included state and regionally recognized education speakers, and members of the Kentucky General Assembly, Kentucky Department of Education, and Kentucky Council on Post Secondary Education, School administrators & superintendents from across Kentucky and college & university education faculty from Indiana, Kentucky & Ohio.
