Diversity Conference 

March 19,  2019  8am to 2pm

Highland Heights, KY

The Bowles Center for Diversity Outreach, Inc. will host the Annual School Counselors Diversity Conference. The Conference will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Northern Kentucky University Student Union, which is located at 20 Kenton Drive in Highland Heights, Kentucky.  We are expecting a significant number School Counselors to attend the conference. The conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. until 8:45 a.m. with continental breakfast. The first breakout sessions will begin at 9:00 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. The second breakout sessions will begin at 10:30 a.m. until 11:45 a.m.  The conference luncheon will begin at 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. EILA Credit will be provided to educators attending the conference.  Parking is available if the University Garage directly across from the Student Union.  The Bowles Center will pay parking fee.

The conference will offer an excellent opportunity for educational, cultural, social, leadership development and training to all of those in attendance.  Highlights of the conference include state and regionally recognized education presenters, from the Kentucky Department of Education, Ohio Department of Education and College of Education Faculty from Indiana, Kentucky & Ohio.

In addition, you will not want to miss the Diversity Educator Awareness Luncheon which will include the Enhancing Diversity in Counseling Panel Discussion.
